Since 1991, Donna Carey has pioneered in this new field of Harmonic Medicine developing the comprehensive sound healing systems and tools of Acutonics®. The Kairos Institute of Sound Healing has trained and treated thousands of individuals who are drawn to this powerful, deeply transformational, non-invasive work.

Carey's extensive background in both Western and Eastern medicine, the arts, and intuitive disciplines allows her to innovate new systems that blend ancient science, cosmology, and healing arts with modern understandings of energy. Unlike many other forms of energy medicine that are practiced today, this system is grounded in the wisdom of 5000-year-old healing practices based on cyclic energy flowing in pathways in the body, and in elliptical and circulating fields outside the body.
