Return Policy and Product Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If there is a problem with any product you have ordered from us please contact our office.
Upon receipt of your order if there is a problem with the order call our office immediately at 575-587-2689, or email info@acutonics.com
- Please make certain you have received all items shown on your packing list.
- Check cartons for signs of damage. You have the right to refuse any shipment in the event of damage at time of delivery.
- If damage is discovered after the delivery driver has left, retain damaged packaging materials and contact us immediately.
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you find the need to return any item for exchange or refund, *we ask that you follow the steps below.
Step 1 Call us with your invoice number for a return approval number.
Step 2 Return product in its original package by an insured carrier.
Step 3 Please provide us with the information below on items being returned.

You may return your unused purchase within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if we’ve made a mistake in your order we will be responsible for return shipping. Products that have been used or opened are non-refundable. Do not return anything without first obtaining return approval (Step 1).
